The program is initiated with an interactive brainstorming workshop where both students and resource person engage and exchange ideas, information, and different perspectives pertaining to career choice and development. The students have the opportunity to also discuss their career issues and apart from career guidance. The resource person addresses general career anxieties of the students and sensitizes them about the major career options available globally.
