Awareness cum Brainstorming Workshops

Move Beyond has been organizing several career events, seminars, webinars and workshops to guide and assist the students in their career development. Majorly, the workshops have been on Fulbright Fellowships at University of Kashmir, first ever international online Career Summit (2020) participated by all the schools, colleges and universities of J&K, Startup Ecosystem in J&K, Mission Germany, Higher Education and Employability Opportunities in Europe, Fashion Designing and Boutique Culture in J&K, Asia’s Leading Counselling Meet 2021 et cetera.
In addition to it, Move Beyond has been reaching out to the institutions on ground as well. The organization has conducted several career development workshops at Tyndale Biscoe and Mallinson School at Srinagar and Tangmarg campuses, GD Goenka Public School Srinagar, Department of Commerce, University of Kashmir, Hostel Administration, University of Kashmir, Department of Training and Placement, National Institute of Technology, Srinagar, et cetera.

Career Chat

Move Beyond has also launched its exclusive online educational series Career Chat. It aims to connect the young students of J&K with the eminent career achievers across the globe.

Success Tales

It has also started another live series-Success Tales that connects the students with the toppers of different competitive examinations. The idea is to inspire and provide direction to the aspiring students who are in the process of making and shaping their careers.

First Academia Meet 2022

Move Beyond organised the first ever academia meet on career counselling titled as one-day awareness cum brainstorming workshop on ‘Formulation of a comprehensive career index tool’ at National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar. The event was sponsored by J&K Science Technology and Innovation Council, J&K Govt. The workshop was participated by scholars, scientists, academicians, industrialists, civil society, and others. University of Kashmir, Islamic University of Science and Technology, Central University of Kashmir, Department of School Education, Department of Higher Education, Samagra Shiksha J&K, Department of Skill Development, UNICEF, Private School Association J&K, Ehsaas International, J&K +2 Lecturers Association, Tehkeek International, and other important organizations were the official partners and participants in the event.

The main objective of the workshop was to have constructive feedback, criticism and evaluation on the proposed innovative career indexing tool from different experts in the valley like research scholars, social scientists, economists, psychologists, educationists, academicians, professors, teachers, social workers, students, et cetera pertaining to the development of an innovative career indexing tool proposed and developed by Innovator IIEDC, NIT Srinagar and CEO Move Beyond Sheikh Inayat Ullah.

Honourable LGs Approval to Innovative Career Model of Move Beyond

CEO Move Beyond with Hon'ble LG (J&K)

Move Beyond has also presented its model to Honourable LG J&K on his visit to the NIT Srinagar. The model was hailed and appreciated by the Honourable LG. The concerned department of J&K Govt. namely Mission Youth was instructed by Honourable LG for extending administrative and financial support to the model.
Upon Honourable LGs intervention, Move Beyond has been connected to the entire educational landscape of J&K right from schools to universities for organizing career development activities.

Career Guidance, Counselling & Consultation Sessions

Move Beyond is a one stop solution for the student community of J&K for all their career needs. Be it awareness, guidance, counselling or consultation, Move Beyond has the right and eminent pool of experts to offer all such services.
Move Beyond is consistently guiding and counselling students both in online and offline manner towards their career ambitions. More than 20,000 students have been counselled by the organization so far and among them many have got selected in the Public Universities of Germany on full scholarship; many have got selected in the top universities and colleges of Australia, USA, UK, New Zealand and other countries with the help of dedicated assistance of Move Beyond.

Move Beyond and IIEDC, NIT Srinagar


Move Beyond has signed a MoU with IIEDC, NIT for leading holistic development of the UT of J&K particularly youth outreach and employability. The Chief Patron of the Youth Outreach and Employability Program (IYOEP) is Prof Rakesh Sehgal, Director NIT Srinagar, Patron is Prof Saad Parvez, Head IIEDC, NIT Srinagar, Program Director is Sheikh Inayat Ullah, Founder / CEO Move Beyond and Chief Consultant is Prof Nisar Ali, economist of repute, formerly Adviser to J&K Govt., Higher Education Department.

Move Beyond and Private School Association Jammu and Kashmir (PSAJK)


Move Beyond has signed a MoU with PSAJK in order to strengthen the career ecosystem of J&K. The MoU was signed in presence of the Director, NIT Srinagar Prof. (Dr.) Rakesh Sehgal, Institute’s Registrar Prof. Syed Kaiser Bukhari, Head IIEDC, Dr Saad Parvez, President Private Schools’ Association J&K (PSAJK), GN Var, Dr Muslim Jan, and other dignitaries.

Move Beyond and UNICEF


Move Beyond, IIEDC and UNICEF are signing Statement of Intent. This Statement of Intent intends to provide a platform for cooperation between IIEDC-NIT Srinagar, its incubated start-up Move Beyond, and UNICEF India to leverage the existing mainstream initiatives of all the parties to co-create and implement solutions at scale to tackle the employment and skill challenges for not just general students but with focus on vulnerable groups of adolescent and youth populations.
