Move Beyond has been organizing several career events, seminars, webinars and workshops to guide and assist the students in their career development. Majorly, the workshops have been on Fulbright Fellowships at University of Kashmir, first ever international online Career Summit (2020) participated by all the schools, colleges and universities of J&K, Startup Ecosystem in J&K, Mission Germany, Higher Education and Employability Opportunities in Europe, Fashion Designing and Boutique Culture in J&K, Asia’s Leading Counselling Meet 2021 et cetera.
In addition to it, Move Beyond has been reaching out to the institutions on ground as well. The organization has conducted several career development workshops at Tyndale Biscoe and Mallinson School at Srinagar and Tangmarg campuses, GD Goenka Public School Srinagar, Department of Commerce, University of Kashmir, Hostel Administration, University of Kashmir, Department of Training and Placement, National Institute of Technology, Srinagar, et cetera.

Move Beyond has also launched its exclusive online educational series Career Chat. It aims to connect the young students of J&K with the eminent career achievers across the globe.

It has also started another live series-Success Tales that connects the students with the toppers of different competitive examinations. The idea is to inspire and provide direction to the aspiring students who are in the process of making and shaping their careers.

Move Beyond organised the first ever academia meet on career counselling titled as one-day awareness cum brainstorming workshop on ‘Formulation of a comprehensive career index tool’ at National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar. The event was sponsored by J&K Science Technology and Innovation Council, J&K Govt. The workshop was participated by scholars, scientists, academicians, industrialists, civil society, and others. University of Kashmir, Islamic University of Science and Technology, Central University of Kashmir, Department of School Education, Department of Higher Education, Samagra Shiksha J&K, Department of Skill Development, UNICEF, Private School Association J&K, Ehsaas International, J&K +2 Lecturers Association, Tehkeek International, and other important organizations were the official partners and participants in the event.

The main objective of the workshop was to have constructive feedback, criticism and evaluation on the proposed innovative career indexing tool from different experts in the valley like research scholars, social scientists, economists, psychologists, educationists, academicians, professors, teachers, social workers, students, et cetera pertaining to the development of an innovative career indexing tool proposed and developed by Innovator IIEDC, NIT Srinagar and CEO Move Beyond Sheikh Inayat Ullah.

Move Beyond has also presented its model to Honourable LG J&K on his visit to the NIT Srinagar. The model was hailed and appreciated by the Honourable LG. The concerned department of J&K Govt. namely Mission Youth was instructed by Honourable LG for extending administrative and financial support to the model.
Upon Honourable LGs intervention, Move Beyond has been connected to the entire educational landscape of J&K right from schools to universities for organizing career development activities.
