Move Beyond focuses on research and development driven career initiatives, student reach-out, and formulation of customized initiatives and interventions in the form of student need assessment exercises, career counselling camps / workshops, webinars, seminars, conferences, mentorship programs, dissemination of opportunities, on ground facilitation support for admission in the global institutions of repute, training and development programs, et cetera.
Apart from general sensitization, the initiative shall look after career assessment of students, psychometric testing, career awareness and counselling, career planning, assistance in selection of right stream of study and right institutions for study, facilitating admission process in different institutions globally, scholarship guidance, job and internship guidance, startup mentorship and guidance in research, innovations and patent.
The initiative is a holistic response to the student needs right from awareness to placement in different institutions across the world.

Move Beyond is working on the principle of ARDSA (Analysing Requirements and Designing Solution Architecture) and as such has developed scientific innovative models related to career development recognized by IIEDC, NIT Srinagar.
